What to Expect: Our Wedding Planning Process
We walk with you through every step – from securing your date to finalizing your guest count. Here’s how it works:
1 | Let’s Build Your Vision
Share your guest count, budget, and serving style preferences. We’ll create a detailed proposal covering food, beverage, alcohol, rentals, linens, and staffing – and refine it until it’s exactly right. A $500 deposit secures your date and locks in your pricing.
2 | Taste, Plan & Finalize
Enjoy a private tasting of your chosen menu, then we’ll schedule a site visit to walk through every detail of your day. Confirm your linens, rentals, and timeline, and make any adjustments you need – you have full flexibility right up to 10 days before the wedding.
3 | Relax. We’ve Got It From Here.
Confirm your final guest count, review your final agreement, and make your last payment. After that, it’s all us. Show up, celebrate, and trust that every detail is handled.
