Planning Starts Long Before the Big Day
Beginning 40 days out, your coordinator gets to work. We inspect your ceremony and reception sites, build a detailed timeline, create a color-coded floor plan, confirm contracts with all your vendors, and offer honest advice and recommendations every step of the way.

From setup to send-off, your coordinator is on-site managing every detail. Vendor coordination, timeline management, ceremony and reception logistics, gift and gratuity distribution – we handle it all so you don’t have to think twice.
Day of Coordination: $1,600 | Ceremony at a separate location: $250 additional
The Finishing Touches
We also offer a curated selection of decor rentals to complete your look – gold and silver chargers, table numbers, place card holders, guest menu cards, and more. Ask your Event Planner for availability and pricing.
Just Need a Little Help?
Our Consultation Planning service is available at $95/hour (4-hour minimum) for couples who need guidance at any stage of the planning process – whether you’re just getting started or navigating a specific decision. It pairs beautifully with Day of Coordination for extra support along the way.
