Sarasota Catering Company offers Day of Coordination (DOC) Services to relieve the Bride from the pressures of managing the wedding day. Talk to our event planners about how we can help take the worry out of this important day.
Day of Coordination Services $1200
The services include:
Planning (starts 40 days before wedding date)
- Inspect ceremony and reception sites to understand your plans and vision
- Create a site/floor plan based on the above inspection for the venue and any other vendors that may need a copy with color coded linens
- Create a detailed timeline of the big day
- Share our experience, advice, and offer suggestions when asked on all aspects of your wedding planning
- Make vendor recommendations, if needed.
- Confirm with all vendors and review vendor contracts
Rehearsal Day
- 30 minutes of Coordination at the rehearsal.
- Confirm with Officiant and assist where necessary.
- Help coordinate the processional, recessional, and give direction and organize wedding party.
Wedding Day
If ceremony is at different location than the reception, $250 additional for Assistant
- Full Day of Coordination on your wedding day.
- Coordinate and organize details with all vendors
- Oversee complete setup of ceremony and reception sites
- Oversee proper placements of table cards, wedding favors, cake table, setup of gift table, guest book, etc.
- Timeline management
- Ceremony site management: help coordinate the processional, recessional, and give direction and organize wedding party.
- Reception site management: coordinate and direct grand entrance, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting, etc.
- Ensure the designated individuals take your gifts and any other personal items that belong to you at the end of the night.
- Distribute any final payments or gratuities on your behalf to your vendors.
- Act as the liaison with your family, bridal party, guests and vendors.
Can be combined with Consultation Planning as needed.
If you desire assistance in planning as well as Day of Coordination services you should consider full planning
Full Planning $3,800
- Overall Event Planning (May start 1 year in advance of wedding day)
- Develop Budget using typical expenses
- Design and Décor Guidance
- Guest Management includes RSVP tracking, arranging lodging, and transportation
- Includes everything in the Half Planning package
- Unlimited email and telephone questions
- Manage the entire event!
Half Planning $1,900
- This package encompasses most wedding planning needs and anything else can be requested at the discounted Consulting rate of $60 per hour
- Full day of Coordination on your wedding day
- Includes everything in the Day of Coordination package
- Unlimited email and telephone questions
- Vendor recommendations and contacts on couple’s behalf for quotes
- Location inspection and site diagram design or assistance to location manager on couples wishes with setup space design.
- Manage the entire event!
Consultation Planning $95 per hour
(4 hours minimum to start)
This package can be great when combined with Day of Coordination for limited planning assistance or when the location is inclusive of most services needed.
- A great package for those who just need help getting started, or at any other point where a little assistance is needed!
- Share our experience, advice, and offer suggestion when asked on all aspects of your wedding planning
- Make vendor recommendations, if needed.
- Can be used anyway you see fit…. Meetings with, getting quotes on your behalf from other vendors, meeting with vendors and you for support, advice, etc.
